All our fabulous print items are sent free of charge and we aim for a 1-2 day processing time to get your order ready for dispatch.
All orders are sent first class, bunting and invites are sent via 24 hour tracked with Royal Mail.
Greeting cards will be sent first class Royal Mail with no tracking.

If you have ordered one of our photo buntings then there is an option on the order page to upload your images, which are then attached to your order.

Please make sure you add your name and order number to the email and please send within 24 hours of ordering.

All photos will print as the image provided, so please make sure they are bright and clear!

We are very happy to discuss any requests for bespoke designs or an alteration to one of our designs.

Please note that custom and personalised items are made to order and are exempt from 'change of mind' returns, as per consumer regulations.
