At Fabulous Party Co.  every product is carefully made to order and personalised just for you. Because of the custom nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if we’ve made a mistake with your personalisation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for errors in personalisation if the details provided to us were incorrect at the time of ordering.
  • Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor and printing differences. This does not qualify as a fault.

* If your item arrives damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and provide photos so we can resolve the issue quickly with our delivery partners.
